SYSTEM TEST ENGINEER TO AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY!

ABOUT THE POSITION:

As a System Test Engineer, you will become part of a technical environment focused on testing and verifying automotive systems, with particular emphasis on steering and chassis systems. You will play an important role in ensuring that systems meet functional requirements and perform as expected under different operating conditions. In this position, you will primarily work with system-level testing using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) rigs, simulation environments, and testing tools such as Vector CANoe and CANape. Your work will involve preparing, executing, and evaluating tests to verify system functionality, identify potential issues, and contribute to continuous improvements.

While most of the testing will be performed in laboratory environments using HIL rigs, the role may also involve occasional vehicle testing to verify system performance under real-world conditions. You will have the opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a challenging automotive environment while contributing to the development and verification of advanced vehicle systems.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Has throughout your experience worked with steering wheel, steer by wire or/and chassis systems.
• Has experience working with HIL testing environments and test rigs.
• Has knowledge of Vector tools, particularly CANoe and/or CANape.
• Holds a valid Category B driver's license.
• Has good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, as English is used in daily communication.

This is a consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site.
