Way is a fintech start-up with the goal to put a checkout in everyone’s pocket . The app will make everyday life more convenient for people on the way. No more cashier lines or scanning devices with technical errors. The team consists of 5 colleagues, CEO, CTO and three backend developers, and are now looking for an experienced react or react native developer. This is where you fit in, taking on the ownership of the app and frontend development in a stage where investments are secured and the company is reaching market readiness. You will take over the ownership from the CTO who has been running the development until now and work closely with him and the backend team.
You will have a really fun product to work with, a passionate team and a business idea that has a ton of potential, where you will have an important part in the way forward. Way has received great response from both investors and potential customers and is now on their way to take their product to market.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experienced in (3 years+), and passionate about, React or React Native
- If not that experienced (but still passionate and with some work done), a solid background in web front-end in a relevant stack could still make you a great candidate
- Experience from fintech or payment related areas is a great advantage
You are interested in a start-up business, being an important part of a small but growing team. You are a team player that can work independently with a solution set attitude. Most likely you love the idea of seeing the app you put so much love into being in everyone’s phones. Also, you probably hate standing in lines.
